Behaviour Consultation and Intervention
Co-Clinic Director
While completing my degree in Psychoéducation at the Université de Montréal, I completed internships in a variety of settings: a community center supporting adults with psychiatric diagnoses (such as schizophrenia and mood disorders), a hospital working in Child Psychiatry, and an elementary school implementing Bullying Prevention & Intervention programs.
Back in Toronto, I combined my psychoeducational and cognitive-behavioural background into new therapeutic strategies while working with Morneau Shepell’s EAP crisis line and single-session therapeutic support. I honed my skills in talk therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness—providing short- and long-term support through an online CBT-inspired platform that continues to shape my therapeutic style at C’est La Vie Wellness.
In more recent years, I served as Clinical Manager of Behavioural and Autism Interventions with the French Catholic MonAvenir school board, where I provided guidance and clinical supervision to behavioural and autism consultants. Through these experiences, I developed strong active listening and coaching skills, as well as practical, evidence-based strategies and interventions for children, school staff, and parents—tools I now bring to my private practice at CLV.
Currently, I divide my time between my private practice and part-time consulting work with the Canadian Training Institute (CTI), where I contribute to projects supporting mental health and community well-being. I also continue to offer seasonal mindfulness-based programs and support groups focused on emotional regulation, resilience, and self-compassion.
My focus at CLV is to support children, parents, and individuals by offering concrete tools and personalized strategies to help them cope with their personal challenges. I draw inspiration from regular professional development and training in CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, SFT, trauma-informed practice, LGBTQIA+ affirming approaches, EFT, and more.
