Reiki

Emotional Stress Release (ESR)
During an Emotional Stress Release (ESR) Session, you will
- Identify goals for optimum health & wellness;
- Hold Frontal and Occipital points to connect the back brain which stores visual and other memory of past events with the front brain which is involved in creative and new thinking to gain new perspective on old problems.
- Identify and release emotional blockages.
Breathwork
During a Breathwork Session, you will
- consciously focus on your breathing and alter how you breathe for a period of time
- use a variety of exercises depending on your goals
- work with a Functional Breathing Coach to assess the mechanics of your breathing to determine the exercises that would be a suitable fit for your goals.
