As Holistic Nutritionists and Functional Nutrition Coaches, our goal is to educate, empower and motivate our clients to make healthier food and lifestyle choices, in order to lead a more balanced and productive life. We offer one-on-one consultations, customized meal plans, online programs, cooking classes, as well as corporate wellness workshops and in-house workshops.
Customized Meal Plans
We offer many online programs throughout the year to our client base. These come with already-made menus that include recipes and shopping lists. They are all based on clean eating, are gluten-free and dairy-free, and have no or low added sugar. Some of our popular offerings:

- 10-Day Body Reset Detox: the perfect program after the holidays’ indulgences.
- Spring into Spring: time to clean your eating habits. Spring cleaning is in the air with this 1 week clean eating program.
- Eat Clean with CLV: our menu subscription program where you get a new meal plan every week for 8 consecutive weeks.
