Winter Meditation Series with Lucy
6-Week Guided Meditation Series – Winter 2023
A six-week meditation series designed to help you take time out of your busy life to pause and listen to your body.
Join Lucy each week as she encourages you to shake off the day with an energy clearing exercise. Then, settle down for a guided meditation that encourages you to disconnect and find a little quiet and stillness. Come meditate in person at the clinic or join us virtually via Zoom.
Offered every Wednesday, in person at the clinic or via Zoom, from 7:30-8:30 starting February 1st to March 8th.
Each week will focus on a specific theme:
Week one (February 1st): Be still
Week two (February 8th): Be present
Week three (February 15th): Be grounded
Week four (February 22nd): Be calm
Week five (March 1st): Be kind
Week six (March 8th): Be open
This series can be enjoyed by participants at any level of meditation practice, but extra care has been added to make the series accessible to newcomers and those of us who find meditation or quiet reflection a challenge.
Each session is $25 or $125 for the whole series (one free session).
- In-person capacity is limited to 8 attendees. Virtual sessions are limitless.
- Sessions are non-refundable – if you are unable to attend an in-person session you may have the option to join live online or will be sent a recording of the session. If you are unable to attend an online session you will be sent a recording of the session
